Very early on, you learned how to act and behave in the world. Your experiences created stories within you of what was and was not acceptable and what you needed to do to keep yourself safe. Those narratives have become part of your operating system, though you may not even be aware of them. The thing is, many of them no longer serve you. My approach to compassionate self-inquiry isn’t about fixing or forcing—it’s about meeting yourself with tenderness and curiosity, uncovering what’s been holding you back, and consciously choosing something new.

Hi, I'm Havilah

I began this journey because I needed these tools myself. For years, I felt stuck in patterns of emotional reactivity and limiting beliefs that held me back. I realized that so much of my life was shaped by unconscious stories I hadn’t examined, and it wasn’t until I started turning inward—asking curious questions, challenging old beliefs, and reframing my triggers—that I began to see real change.

This work transformed my relationship with myself, my emotions, and the way I show up in the world. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others because I know firsthand how powerful they can be.

I have worked alongside nationally recognized Life Coach Martha Beck to conduct life coaching and life coach training seminars

Completed classes and workshops on non-violent communication, life coaching, inspired relationship, sacred sexuality, holotropic breathwork, and leading groups/circles.

Read, researched, and listened to thousands of hours of content on neurobiology, somatic healing. nervous system regulation, non-ordinary states of consciousness, communication, tantra, shadow work, and more
