The thing is, many of them no longer serve you. My approach to compassionate self-inquiry isn’t about fixing or forcing—it’s about meeting yourself with tenderness and curiosity, uncovering what’s been holding you back, and consciously choosing something new.
I began this journey because I needed these tools myself. For years, I felt stuck in patterns of emotional reactivity and limiting beliefs that held me back. I realized that so much of my life was shaped by unconscious stories I hadn’t examined, and it wasn’t until I started turning inward—asking curious questions, challenging old beliefs, and reframing my triggers—that I began to see real change.
This work transformed my relationship with myself, my emotions, and the way I show up in the world. Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others because I know firsthand how powerful they can be.
