I began this journey because I needed these tools myself. For years, I felt stuck in patterns of emotional reactivity and limiting beliefs that held me back. I realized that so much of my life was shaped by unconscious stories I hadn’t examined, and it wasn’t until I started turning inward—asking curious questions, challenging old beliefs, calming my nervous system, and reframing my triggers—that I began to see real change.
This work transformed my relationship with myself and drastically shifted the way I show up in the world. Now, I’m passionate about sharing what Iʻve learned with others because I know firsthand how powerful it can be to step out of fear and into calm, grounded authenticity.
